I can't bring myself to buy marshmallow cream, and this tastes amazing without it, so I'm happy!
½ c butter, softened
¼ tsp vanilla
½ c honey
Whip butter with egg beaters. Add vanilla and whip. Add honey gradually while whipping. Serve over scones, cornbread, etc.
