Makes 4½ batches for 4 people.
2½ c red wheat flour
2½ c white wheat flour (or all-purpose white flour)
1¼ c instant nonfat dry milk
¼ c sugar
1/8 c baking powder
1 Tbsp salt
Pancakes from mix:
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c water
3 Tbsp oil
1 ½ c pancake mix
Mix together. Let stand 5 min. Cook on hot griddle.
