Lemon Frosting (Betty Crocker)


Fills frosts two 8- or 9” layers or a 13x9” cake.
$1.93 with 3% tax
1/3 c soft butter or margarine
3 c powdered sugar
About 2 Tbsp lemon juice

Blend butter and sugar. Stir in vanilla and milk; beat until frosting is smooth and of spreading consistency.
