Easy BBQ Chicken














2 chicken breasts
1/3 c water
¾ c BBQ sauce
½ tsp liquid smoke

Trim excess fat off of chicken and place in crock pot. Add water, 1 cup of BBQ sauce, and liquid smoke. Cook on high for 3 hours. Remove chicken from pot, cut into chunks, and return to crock pot. Add more liquid and BBQ sauce as needed. Cook on low until dinnertime. Serve over rice.
