The picture of this recipe (in the 8x8 pan) is halved, but I've been using the full recipe again and have that listed below.
1½ c water
1 Tbsp yeast
2 Tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt
3 c flour (used ¼ c white wheat flour - ok)
4 Tbsp butter, divided
Parmesan
Garlic salt
Mix first five ingredients together and knead for 3 min. Let rise for 30 min. Put melted butter in a 9x13 pan. Roll dough on floured surface into a rectangle ~½” thick, then cut into strips. Place strips in pan turning to coat. Sprinkle Parmesan and garlic salt on top. Bake at 375° for 15 min until brown. Cover top with aluminum foil and bake 5 min more.

I made these tonight. Everyone, including our neighbors that we had dinner with (and their two kids), LOVED them. Thanks again for another great recipe.
